We are learning about Barack Obama

Our class has recently been learning about President Barack Obama, both about his life and about his responsibilities as President.  We have been writing facts that we know about him, and students are currently working on writing biographies about him. Over the next few weeks the students will also get the chance to think about what they would do if they were President, and write a letter to Mr. Obama to share their ideas.

This bulletin board shows the students' work from an assignment in which they wrote and drew about three facts they knew about President Obama.
